Arnessa Dowell Arnessa Dowell is a skilled project manager who spearheaded four library capital building projects, leading to the enhancement of said libraries' technological infrastructure and overall aesthetic after receiving additional funding. She advocated for and awarded $274.3K in funding and technology for the implementation of new programs, books, and facility upgrades. She has 10 years of supervisory experience leading a diversified workforce, resulting in two DoD achievement medals. Arnessa holds a Dual Masters in Business Administration and Library Science with 20+ years of combined special, public, and academic award-winning organizational leadership experience.

United for Libraries Learning Live sessions cover a hot topic of interest to Trustees, Friends and/or Foundations, followed by a Q&A and/or discussions. Sessions are open to all members of United for Libraries.
